WILLIAM SENESHEN (President, Founder) has worked in the computer animation industry since 1985.
From 1996 to 2009, he was Character Effects Supervisor and Senior Effects Animator at DreamWorks Animation where he contributed to numerous feature films between 1996 and 2009, including the Oscar-winning Shrek series.
He currently teaches Animation Physics at San José State University. Offered from within the Department of Physics and Astronomy, this course teaches principles of physics relevant to animators and visual effects artists across all media domains (film, TV, games, XR) in a unique program developed in conjunction with The National Science Foundation.
William also serves on SJSU‘s Virtual Reality Laboratory Academic Advisory Board (VRLAAB).
His most recent roles include Director Of Studio Operations at Corus Entertainment and Head Of Production Technology at ToonBox Entertainment in Toronto.
DAVID FUSHTEY LlB(JD), FABAF (GHS Chairman) is a legal expert in principled governance and transactions, for complex public, private, and special interests.
From crisis-management of converging streams of law, business, public policy and the human condition, a forthcoming text from joint Fellowships in Dialogue, Corporate Governance and Risk Management is The Director and the Manager, Law and Governance in a Digital Age: Machiavelli Had it Easy.
In addition to work as international corporate-commercial counsel, and in another life, operations manager, his work is informed by service as an adjunct professor, expert witness for financial institution regulation, Law Review Senior Editor, ABA International Law NGO Committee Vice-Chair, and panel chair of a review of Principles and Standards in Journalism, as well as organizational governance reviews for hybrid enterprises from universities to international resource development.
He studied cognitive science in comparative systems, and his work draws on comparative examples from Canada, China, First Nations, the US and the EU, from global standards of the OECD, UN, World Bank and International Standards Organization for integrity of values, oversight and accountability.
JESSICA YURASEK (Secretary) is a Social Media Strategy Director at Praytell Agency where she primarily leads strategy for @TwitterVideo (17M+ followers), both curating and creating original content and tweeting daily for Twitter.
Previously she managed communications for the nonprofit Amazon Watch, and launched two nonprofits - Counterspill.org and The Tiziano Project - which both promote truth through journalism and storytelling.
With degrees from The University of Michigan and USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, Jessica is passionate about using strategic communications including film, photography and new media to change the world for good.

HOLLY MILLION (Treasurer) Holly Million is an artist, filmmaker, nonprofit leader, teacher, speaker, and writer whose personal passion is empowering people to change their world. Holly has over two decades of experience in nonprofit management and fundraising for films, has been a consultant, director of development, executive director, and board member for scores of organizations, and has raised millions of dollars throughout her career.
In addition to securing funding for A Story of Healing, which won a 1997 Academy Award, she has raised money for documentary and dramatic films that have aired on PBS, HBO, and other broadcast outlets. A skilled producer, Holly can handle the business, fundraising, and logistical aspects of taking a film from concept through completion.
Holly directed Changing Room, a dramatic film that had its television debut on PBS in 2005, the feature-length documentaries A Permanent Mark: Agent Orange in America and Vietnam and Frackture, a film about parents in Western Pennsylvania fighting the installation of six fracking wells half a mile from their children's school. Holly is the producer of It Came From Kuchar, a documentary about underground filmmaker George Kuchar; andThe Rugby Player, a feature-length documentary that tells the story of United Flight 93 passenger Mark Bingham and his mother, Alice Hoagland. She also served as a fundraising consultant on Blind Spot: Murder by Women, a film by Oscar-winning filmmakers Allie Light and Irving Saraf; Everyday Heroes, a film by Oscar-nominated director Rick Goldsmith, and numerous additional narrative and documentary films.
Holly has an MA in Education from Stanford University and a BA in English from Harvard University.
JOHNATHAN FLOWERS has over fifteen years of experience in integrated marketing on both the Client/Corporate and Agency side of the industry, and has comprehensive hands-on experience in SEM/SEO, social networking, marketing automation and deep knowledge of video integration.
During his agency tenures, Johnathan has worked with numerous tech and retail companies doing Brand Management, Integrated Marketing, Mobile and Digital Strategy, encompassing SaaS, PaaS, B2B and B2C capacities, and has run his own IP branding and development company.
He is a former US Army Staff Sergeant and has served in Panama, Grenada, Africa and the Middle East.
Johnathan played football at San Jose State University where he graduated with a B.A. in Fine Arts and Graphic Design. He also worked as a comic book artist and cartoonist.
He later played Safety for the Los Angeles Raiders and actively does community work with the NFL Alumni Northern California Chapter. He is the father of two amazing kids: a son who's now serving in the army and a teenage daughter who is a volleyball superstar.
RUPALEE RUCHISMITA is a social finance expert and Founder, Director of Resilience Design Labs, a social design think tank operating in multiple countries. Her work has focused on designing finance, insurance and safety net solutions for impoverished communities.
She launch South Asia's first climate insurance product and has collaborated on designing and evaluating the world's largest social health insurance scheme, RSBY, reaching 82 million individuals.
She has presented in over 20 countries, twice at UN Headquarters, at Stanford University and the Wharton School, among others.
She is a member of the Munich Climate Insurance Initiative and has spoken as advisor to the UNFCC, contributing to the Marrakech COP-22.
She has a diverse background in social design and public policy in building household social safety nets.
JOSH TRAUB is an attorney with a background in computer science, specializing in all areas of corporate and IP law.
He has extensive experience in transactional, copyright, trademark and IP licensing in both boutique firm and corporate environments.
Since April 2017, Josh has been General Counsel at Tanoshi Inc.

DAVID SPRINGER has almost 40 years of experience developing computer graphics software.
As a founder of Alias Research Inc. he was instrumental in developing computer animation software that would later define an industry.
In 1998, David received an Academy Award in recognition for this pioneering work.
He has worked for companies such as NeXT Computer, Apple, Google and Unity Technologies.
He is currently a Senior Software Engineer at YouTube.
